I think Belgium is simply trying to get the most out of the WHS list and is adopting a more for less approach. It is one of the countries with the highest number of tentative WHS but only a few if any really deserve such a status. The strategy appears to be quite clear to me ... nominate as much as you can and hope for the best. This tentative WHS is far from being of universal value !! Date posted: February 2013
