    Charles Heidsieck Pavillon and the Saint Nicaise Church of the Chemin Vert garden city on the Saint Nicaise hill. (Nomination file, p. 107; Tome III, p. 68) The Villa Demoiselle is a mix of Art Nouveau and Art Deco, anchored in a period when the shift from one trend to the other was not a clear break.
