Les palais des gouverneurs
Le palais des gouverneurs (also called palais de Lomé) was built by the German colonialists as a symbol of the power and prosperity of the colony, visible from afar from the sea.
It mixes imported and local building materials. It is nowadays a museum surrounded by botanical gardens.
