Baltit Fort is part of the Tentative list of Pakistan in order to qualify for inclusion in the World Heritage List.

Baltit Fort is a fortress in the Karakoram Range in the far north of Pakistan. It is strategically located at the highest point of the town of Karimabad overlooking the Hunza Valley. The fort was built in the 14th century by the rulers of the then independent feudal state of Hunza. The foundations still date from that time, while the rest of the complex has been rebuilt and altered over the centuries.
