Gashaki-Gumpti National Park
Gashaki-Gumpti National Park is part of the Tentative list of Nigeria in order to qualify for inclusion in the World Heritage List.
Gashaki-Gumpti National Park is Nigeria’s largest national park and it includes its highest peaks. It covers savannah grassland and rugged, mountainous terrain. It has diverse fauna, with over 100 mammal species including the the largest population in Nigeria of chimpanzee.
