Réserve de faune de Galbedji is part of the Tentative list of Niger in order to qualify for inclusion in the World Heritage List.
The Gadabédji wildlife reserve lies in a Sahelian wooded steppe and grassland. It is the habitat of damas gazelles (threatened in their existence here), patas monkeys and jackals.
