Neora Valley National Park
Neora Valley National Park is part of the Tentative list of India in order to qualify for inclusion in the World Heritage List.
Neora Valley National Park comprises 88 square km of temporate forests in the Eastern Himalayas. Bamboo is the dominant plant species at lower altitudes - they are the habitat of the endangered Red Panda. The park forms the catchment of Neora River.
