L'Eglise de Mandiakuy
L'Eglise de Mandiakuy is part of the Tentative list of Mali in order to qualify for inclusion in the World Heritage List.
The Church of Mandiakuy was built in the 1950s from white stone with a tin roof. Next to it lies the Marian Grotto with a statue of the Virgin Mary. Its construction is the testimony to the Catholic Church and charitable missions supported by it in Africa. It was built in a mixed Gothic and neo-Sudanese style.
