Satpura Tiger Reserve
Satpura Tiger Reserve is part of the Tentative list of India in order to qualify for inclusion in the World Heritage List.
The Satpura Tiger Reserve is part of the largest contiguous forest and tiger habitat in India. It is able to sustain a viable population of tigers due to its size and corridors with other tiger reserves. The park has a unique central Indian highland ecosystem, centered around the Satpura mountain range.
