Victorian Goldfields

Victorian Goldfields is part of the Tentative list of Australia in order to qualify for inclusion in the World Heritage List.

The Victorian Goldfields comprise a relict and associative cultural landscape related to the nineteenth-century gold rushes. Its exploitation and the associated mass migration of labourers resulted in permanent settlements, infrastructure and changes in the landscape.
