Las Huaringas Lagoons
Las Huaringas Lagoons is an associative cultural landscape made up of sacred lakes and mountains located in the Andean paramo in northern Peru, to which the local populations grant sacred properties and magical and curative virtues. It is a testimony to the cultural practices and beliefs of the inhabitants of Piura over the centuries, including physical and spiritual healings, acts of witchcraft and pilgrimages.
