Identify the name of the technology/process and its date of use at the WHS. The technology should contribute to the site's OUV.

This Connection differs from that for "Scientific Developments" in that the latter focuses on the discovery of knowledge or the measurement of natural phenomena, whereas technological developments focus on the manipulation of matter or energy for industrial production or practical utility.
