Galápagos Islands (extension)
Galápagos Islands (extension) aims to update the borders of the World Heritage Site to match those of the current national park.
The area will incorporate the Hermandad Marine Reserve. With its size of 6,000,000 ha, it protects the Cocos–Galápagos Swimway, which connects the archipelago with Cocos Island.
